Location, buffet breakfast.
Check in attendant a little too wordy.
We stayed at another Holiday Day Express the night before that was much nicer and made us feel more comfortable about having pets.

Clean hotel, good beds, and ok continental breakfast.
2nd floor ice machine broken and bath tub didn't drain well.
Close to Sun City Center, probably the best choice in the area. Would stay there again and recommend to others.
